Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom products
• Final sale items (marked as such)
• Products damaged due to improper use

Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Contact our support team at returns@danielfragrance.com
• Include your order number and reason for return
• We will provide a return shipping label
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging
• Ship the item within 7 days of receiving the label

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same value. Please indicate your preference when initiating the return. If the exchange item is of different value, we will adjust the price accordingly.
